故事讲述一名普通的高中二年级生五河士道，突然在某一天遇上了一场大爆炸，而在这场大爆炸之中竟然出现一 名身穿盔甲手持大剑的神秘美少女。这名少女的正体是“精灵”，是会给世界带来灾难的存在，而这名少女也正遭到精灵对抗部队（アンチス ピリットチーム，通称AST“Anti-spirit Team”）的攻击。于是，有着会去帮助有困难、悲伤的人的温柔性格的士道，主动提出要与精灵进行 交涉的任务。随后，士道发现了自己拥有的特殊体质！那就是通过接吻，来吸收并封印精灵的力量，并且将精灵受到致命伤恢复再生的能力。
