合租屋的恋人

已是三十而立的OL津山汐（水川麻美饰）终日奔忙，笑容满面，却不免被调往经营状况欠佳的事务所的命运，心中充满苦恼。偶然机缘，她搬入一处名为Terra的合租屋内居中。同住的还有一位头脑极其灵光但缺乏基本常识、自称宇宙人的川木辰平（大泉洋饰），以及一个年仅不惑焦虑重重的女人。一波三折过后，出租屋只剩下汐和辰平二人。未过多久，他们结识了中年失业离家出走的男子樱井雪哉（谷原章介饰）。雪哉性格内敛，对未来充满绝望，加上遭妻子扫地出门，人生仿佛跌入谷底。而汐和辰平的出现，不仅让雪哉的人生出现转机，也似乎让他望见新的恋情。一女二男，合租屋内浪漫有趣的小故事接连登场……
